JJ Azan

Executive Producer / Director

JJ's passion for film and television was originally inspired by J. Christian Ingvordsen (Director / Producer - Airboss I, II & III, and Blood Relic). After making several films with Chris in New York, JJ has gone on to direct tv pilots, commercials, feature films, and music videos. With over two decades of experience in many facets of entertainment, his entrepreneurial diversity and understanding of the industry is unmatchable. JJ has worked for major studios and networks working his way through the DGA on well known projects such as Criminal Minds Suspect Behavior, starring Forest Whitaker, The Middle and Big Time Rush. His fearless attitude and out of the box thinking makes him a catalyst in the industry. By providing outstanding leadership and an impeccable work ethic, he maintains the company's integrity. He has always had the ambition to be a visionary leader, dares to be different and imaginative.

Always ready for a challenge, he founded Cinema House to take his passion for storytelling to the next level. One of his favorite quotes is "have fun, keep your eye on the prize and never take yourself too seriously".

Karolyne Sosa

Producer

Karolyne Sosa moved to Los Angeles from New York and started her career in the entertainment field by working in Business Affairs with Oscar winning producer John Daly. Her time with Daly taught her the industry from an insider's point of view. By combining deal making with the creative process, she took her new skills and went on to produce feature films, documentaries and music videos. She is on the Board of Director's for the Downtown Film Festival in Los Angeles and has managed an International Film Festival. Hard work, creativity and being a student of the human condition gives her an edge in bringing projects to fruition, always keeping in mind the audience's experience.

Vishal Kolar

Writer

Vishal Kolar has written for Emmy-Award winning writer Susan B. Flanagan (Overhaulin’) and Academy-Award winner John G. Avildsen (Rocky & Karate Kid). He has worked as a script editor as well as staff writer with several production companies in the past and has now found his home at Cinema House. He delivers the best creative ideas, working directly with the President of the company and its producers to create original content for film, televison and radio.

Dan McNeill

Writer

Hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Dan McNeill serves as a writer for the Cinema House development team. He studied and performed sketch and improv for Minneapolis’ Brave New Workshop for years before moving to Los Angeles. Some of Dan's credits include UCB, Ultimate Improv, and Second City. He also has a passion for production and has worked on the show Monk as well as numerous commercials. His best qualities include being a creative thinker, a team player and someone who understands that every great script starts with one great idea.

Dan is always quick to find new solutions and serves as a liason between creative teams for the company. He is currently working very closely with the president of Cinema House developing new shows.

Chris Johnson

Cinematographer

Chris Johnson is a cinematographer/editor with over a decade of experience. A native of New Jersey, Chris got his start in action sports. After receiving a degree in film at Boston University, Chris now resides in Los Angeles. His work includes marketing and industrials for the US Air Force, Indian Motorcycles, Tough Mudder and many more. His music video credits include Afrojack, Master P, Iyaz, and Lil' Romeo. Chris joined Cinema House in 2014 and is a great addition as the cinematographer and editor.

Stephanie Purdy-Azan

Operations Manager / Production Coordinator

Stephanie received a degree in Film and Television production from Valencia College in Orlando, FL. She went on to have a successful career in many facets of the industry and made a tremendous impact and contribution to any project she worked on.

After relocating to Los Angeles, she worked on America's Funniest Home Videos, Desperate Housewives, Modern Family, Boston Legal, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Van Helsing, The 40 Year Old Virgin just to name of a few; as well as hundreds of commercials. Her attention to detail, organization and expertise in all areas of production have made her an invaluable member of the Cinema House team.
